Defence Civilian Post at various units. This is the greatest opportunity for

Various posts are mentioned in the notification, which are:
(a)
Material Assistant
Vacancy Details
The total number of vacancies for the
Material Assistant position is 19, the level of pay scale is 5 (between Rs.
29,200 and Rs. 92,300).
The candidates should have completed the
age 18 years and should not have completed 27 years.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold an any degree in
relevant discipline from any recognized University or Diploma in Material
Management or Diploma in Engineering in any Discipline from any recognized
Institution.
Selection Process
The written examination is the only
procedure for determining the final ranking for this post.
(b)
Junior Office Assistant
Vacancy Details
The total number of vacancies for the
Junior Office Assistant position is 27, the level of pay scale is 2 (between
Rs.19,900 and Rs. 63,200).
Junior Office Assistant post age limit is between 18 and 25.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed the Higher
Secondary from a recognized Board, and they should have a typing capacity on
English with the speed of 35 words per minute.
Selection Process
Selection process for this post is considered a two stages.
Stage 1: Typing Proficiency Test

Civil Motor Driver
Vacancy Details
The total number of vacancies for the Civil
Motor Driver position is 4, the level of pay scale is 2.
The age limit for the Civil Motor Driver
post is between 18 and 27.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed SSLC
examination from a recognized Board, and they should have Civilian Driving
License of heavy vehicles and have two years’ experience of driving such
vehicles.
Selection Process
The two stages of selection procedure are
given below,
Stage 1: Driving Test and Oral Test about
internal functioning of heavy and light vehicles.

Tele Operator Grade-II
Vacancy Details
The total number of vacancies for the Tele
Operator Grade-II position is 14, pay scale – level 2.
The maximum and minimum age limit for Tele
Operator Grade-II is 25 and 18 respectively.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed the 12th
class from a recognized board and have proficiency in operating a Private
Branch Exchange system.
They must have knowledge of spoken English.
Selection Process
The procedure for calculating final result
is written examination.

(g) Painter & Decorator
The total number of vacancies for Fireman
position is 247, Carpenter & Joiner position is 7, and Painter &

Vacancy Details
The total number of vacancies for MTS is
11, and Tradesman Mate position is 389. The level of pay scale is 1 (between
Rs.18,000 and Rs. 56,900).
MTS and Tradesman Mate age limit between 18 and 25.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed SSLC
examination for these post from a recognized Board.
Selection Process
MTS
The selection for MTS is based on the total
marks gained by the candidates in written examination.

Stage 1: Physical Endurance Test
Stage 2: Written Examination
Syllabus for Written Examination
Written examination is separated into four sections.
The First section is General Intelligence and Reasoning, it has 50 questions.
The Second section is Numeric Aptitude has 25 questions.
The Third section is General Awareness has 25 questions, and the last section is English language & Comprehension has 50 questions.
The total marks allocated for the written examination is 150 and the total time duration is 2 hours.
The examination has negative marking.
The questions for written examination will
be objective type.
